Hydra Work Trip - Meeting Minutes

The working meeting took place to plan and organize activities related to the promotion and dissemination of the archival material. The main topics discussed were as follows:

1. THEMATIC PANELS:

   • Visual Arts

   • Literary Studies

   • Archival Studies

   • The professor in Architecture

   • Costume Designer – Scenic Designer (Gyparakis)

2. Conference Planning:

   • It was announced that the conference is scheduled for Spring 2025 (April).

   • We will contact potential participants, approximately 18-25 people, including our team.

   • The conference will be held at the end of 2025 or early 2026.

   • It will be extended over two afternoons and will include six thematic sections.

3. Additional Activities During the Conference:

   • Organization of a roundtable discussion about E.

   • Exhibition of archival material.

   • Screening of films and documentaries.

   • Artistic performances and other activities.

4. Promotion and Communication:

   • After completing the digitization process in September/October 2025, we will begin promoting the event through social media channels.

5. Logistical Actions:

   • The procurement of anti-oxidant boxes was discussed for preserving the archival material.

The meeting concluded with a reaffirmation of next steps and a commitment to continuous communication and collaboration in preparation for the upcoming activities and the conference.
