Work Package 1 (WP1): Establishment, digitization and management of the Archive

1. Objective: To create a complete digital archive of Nikos Engonopoulos' work, divided into three phases.

2. Description: WP1 focuses on the establishment, digitization, and management of the archive, including tasks such as sorting, indexing, and transferring archival materials.

3. Stages:

   1. Aggregation, digitization and management of the archive.

   2. Transfer and placement of the archive in the Library of the Athens School of Fine Arts.

   3. Digitization of archival materials and their management in digital form.

1. Objective: The scientific study and academic use of the archive.

2. Description: WP2 focuses on the scientific study and academic use of the archive, including its organization, classification, and analysis in literary and historical contexts.

Work Package 3 (WP3): Dissemination and Communication

1. Objective: The dissemination and communication of the archive.

2. Description: WP3 focuses on managing the dissemination and communication of the archive, which includes publishing previously unpublished material, announcing new research, and creating a website to share the digitized materials and related works.

3. Actions: Organization of a conference, creation of a website, publication of a description of the archive.
